About Our Events
Christchurch Folk Music Club hosts performers every week who get the chance to perform for and interact with the local community.
- Concerts consist of two 50 min performances, split by a 20-minute break. Tea, Coffee & Cakes are available at halftime. Toilets on site.
Concert ticket prices vary between $20 to $25
- We have reduced rates for music students with ID cards.
- Those with a club membership receive a $5.00 reduced weekly door-charge along with other perks. If you would like to learn more, visit the “Join” page to see all the benefits of a club membership.
Christchurch Folk Music Club offers a full listening experience. During concerts, artists may encourage the audience to participate when appropriate, but talking and other noise is to be kept to a minimum during performances. Members who disturb performers and the audience by being consistently inappropriate may be asked to leave. The Committee reserves the right to revoke the membership of any member who is consistently disruptive.
