Wahine Auaha Whakanui: Celebrating Creative Women 18 Sept 2022 This event celebrated creative women’s artistic achievements with a concert, art show, and video. Offering entertainment that highlighted women artists, both in musical and visual arts. The Folk Club proudly presented a night with creative vibrancy, featuring four sets showcasing local musicians: INLIMBO, Deborah Wilding, Hannah Everingham and Keren Mara. The visual exhibition of Stephanie Cartwright’s art, Paige Sullivan as compere, welcomed audience with energy and the lively spirit of youth that offered a future surety that women’s rights will continued to be championed.
