Waimate Folk Festival at Gunns Bush, Waimate District, Canterbury from Friday 31st May to Monday 3rd June
Where musicians both experienced and new from Christchurch, Dunedin, and everywhere in between and further afield. Came together for a weekend of music, dance and workshops in beautiful Gunns Bush. Featuring the always popular Saturday night barn-dance, and of course the glitz and glam, masquerade themed final night cabaret on Sunday evening including the highlight acts of the weekend.
A weekend of sunshine, music, dance, fun and fellowship celebrated successfully. Many thanks to Miguel and the Dunedin Folk Club for coordinating this special weekend. Check out photos below:
